These are some examples of past, present and future projects. We are looking forward to our newest family project Bonita Springs Resort Community. McClure B&D intends to utilize not only the Hot Water resource that the property contains , but also we intend to harvest the Wind and Solar Energies that are abundant to us at this remarkable location. Making Bonita Springs a truly one of a kind living experience.

The Raymond Theatre, Pasadena California In 1990 McClure Building was instrumental in bringing Old Town Pasadena back to life through the restoration of this famous Historical Landmark. I worked on this project with Mr. Folgner and it was one of the most memorable of all.
