McClure Building and Development announces it's newset upcoming development!

THE BONITA SPRINGS RESORT COMMUNITY

On Dillion Road in Sky Valley, Ca

Our newest project, known as Bonita Springs, will be a state-of-the-art, Master Planned Community in the heart of Sky Valley. It is a Natural Hot, Mineral Water Springs, located 15 miles north east of Palm Springs, Ca. Bonita Springs will sit on 233 acres of Pristine Desert Property.

McClure B&D intends to utilize not only the Hot Water resource that the property contains, but also we intend to harvest the Wind and Solar Energies that are abundant to us at this remarkable location. Bonita Springs; a truly one of a kind living experience.
